The lilacs are flowering, sweet and sublime,
with a perfume that goes to the head;
and lovers meander in prose and rhyme,
trying to say --
for the thousandth time --
what's easier done than said.

impressed
something emasing had happened. I got (since some years) a blog. my own. once i discovered that someone had add the address of my blog to the links on his blog (i discovered it while checking who was visiting my website and found that there were some visits through the link of the other blog). The other blog was interested. quit nice notes. kind of short (sometimes surreal) notes. i left a comment on this other blog once stating that i discovered that there's a link to mine blog and that i find this other blog as interesting. then the guy -author of the other blog - wrote me some comments on the posts i had posted on mine. later i found him as user of grono.net (polish service - kind of hi5.com). now i got him on the list of my friends there - one of the first people that joined my friends' list there. but i never met him. actually never needed to meet him even. there was just this short story: the link and exchange of a few comments.
today i have opened my blog after a long period of not posting anything there. and i found there 2 new comments. one of them was from that guy. and what's more: it was an english version of MY story. what MY story means? there's an emasing book. book full of chassidic stories, book based on a real story. a bit emasing/fantastic, a bit sad story. kind of the magic realism even this was based on reality. The book was published in polish only once, and there are just a few exemplaries. I was told about the book by a close friend. I started to read it at her, but it was abroad and i had to come back home and i left the book -her book- at her place. Then i was fascinated by the book but nowhere could found it. i was looking in many place. after a year -since then- i was once working in KIK's office at the library and just to let my eyes relax i turned them on a book shelf and saw.... i saw the book! that was the way to be able to finish reading and to be more fascinated by the book. but there was a special story there. the story i became fascinated by. kind of a short and simple story. kind of that almost "everyone knows", but there was something special that touched me more than in the other stories. it was kind of mine story.
today one of the comments on my blog was this story. plus one sentence: "What’s the prize for my head?"
the story is:
"Everybody has special light, burning only for himself in highest level of existence, completely different then light of all other people. When two friends meet in this world, their lights meet there, in high, spin for a while, and because of that join an angel bears. This angel has a power to live for one year. If they two, friends, meet again within a year, give angel extended life. But if not, angel become weak, burns out and dies because of lack of light. Talmud says, when we meet a friend, who we didn’t see for a year, to bless our Master for “dead resurrection”. Indeed, it’s strange commandment, cause none of us is dead. Who is the chosen one for resurrection by our Master? Of course, nobody else then dying angel, who’s life is extended always when we meet….."
